Jarrah Publishing Pty Ltd will investigate and assist where possible any case of missing magazines, binders and orders with Australia Post. It is also the customers responsibility to speak to their local Australia Post office.
We encourage using the registered post option where possible so that delayed or missing items can be located.
Postage delays always occur even when we psot mulitple items to the same town or postcode. These can occur more frequently during especially during Christmas time with Australia Post.
Jarrah Publishing Pty Ltd try our hardest to get orders out on time.
We will do our best to resolve any issues regarding missing magazines. Orders or magazines arriving broken or defected as a result of damage due to water including rain are not the responsibility of Jarrah Publishing Pty Ltd.
Photos of defective items are required to be sent to:
email@example.com. These photos will also discussed with the relevant production team to help us to imporve our level of service and quality to you the customer.
Subscribers are required to wait 21 working days from the date of mailing to obtain their magazine. This is in line with Australia Posts guidelines as instructed to us. After this date if you have not received your magazine, please contact our office on (02) 65844011 and a replacement magazine will be mailed out to you. Jarrah Publishing retains the right to cancel subscriptions where non arrivals or undeliverable returns of magazines are frequent. Jarrah Publishing also reserves the right to not continue to post items which continually do not arrive or are continually returned to us. A re-delivery fee may be deducted from your subscription via issues being taken off your subscription end date.
Jarrah Publishing Pty Ltd will not provide any refund for any remaining prepaid period.
Each subscriber is entitled to (2) Two free 20 word classifieds per issue with photo. Any classifieds not taken each issue are forfited.
Then subscriber name, state and contact details are not to be counted in the 20 word limit and are complimentary.
Subscriber classifieds are for personal non commercial use only.
